Blind Man Struck by Hit-And-Run Driver

Miami Police spokesman Sgt. Luis Taborda said 70-year-old Charlie Frank Kimball was struck by a car believed to be a Ford Taurus Monday night. Mavis Kimball said she last saw her husband when he left for the store that night.
