Temperatures, Humidity Back on The Rise in South Florida Starting Wednesday

NBC 6’s Adam Berg tells us how warm it’s going to get in the coming days across the area.

What to Know

  • Tuesday marked the third morning in a row with lows in the mid-60s for both Fort Lauderdale and Miami.

If you’ve enjoyed the cooler weather over the last three days in South Florida – well, you’re going to be disappointed as the temperatures and humidity will crank back up soon.

Tuesday marked the third morning in a row with lows in the mid-60s for both Fort Lauderdale and Miami. You have to go all the way back to the middle of April to find a longer stretch of morning 60s. High temperatures will top off in the mid-80s, which is average for this time of the year.

For those trick or treaters, Halloween will be in the mid-80s once again but overnight temps will be a little warmer. You’ll notice a touch more humidity as well but it’ll be rain-free for the ghouls and goblins out there.

Humidity and temperatures will rise even further by the end of the week, with the mercury pushing the upper-80s by Friday.

A brand new front will push through South Florida this weekend and bring us our best chance of rain as highs will only cool back to the mid-80s while lows will remain in the 70s.
