Overflow animal shelter in Medley is not a permanent solution: Miami-Dade Mayor

For months animal rights activists and volunteers have been complaining about conditions inside a Miami-Dade animal shelter that doesn’t have air conditioning. The shelter was supposed to be a temporary solution to deal with the overpopulation, but, as the situation persists, the Mayor is being forced to find a permanent solution.
