Courteney Cox expressed regret over choices she's made about her physical appearance while dealing with the pressures of aging in Hollywood during her recent appearance on "Running Wild with Bear Grylls."
"Getting older is not the easiest. But I have learned lessons. I think I was trying to keep up with being older," Cox said. "I have done things that I regret, and luckily they're things that dissolve and go away, so that's good, because that's not always been my best look."

Cox, 52, rose to fame as a star on NBC's "Friends" from 1994 to 2004, and later headlined the show "Cougar Town" from 2009 to 2015.
She told Grylls that as her fame grew she got caught up in the cycle of trying to maintain a youthful appearance and made questionable choices along the way.
"You find yourself trying, and then you look at a picture of yourself and go 'Oh, God, I look horrible,'" she said.
Cox also spoke about the vicious attacks she's been subjected to on social media. "People can be pretty mean," she said. "The comments...if I ever want to feel really bad about myself I just click on one of those 'Daily Mail' comment sections."
