Fabulous Food: Loews South Beach

The South Beach Wine and Food Festival kicks off next week and the Loews Miami Beach Hotel will once again serve as the host venue. Roxanne Vargas spoke with Executive Chef Frederic Delaire about this years event while he prepared a special dish.
