Gov. Charlie Crist was on South Beach to check out the sand for tar balls, but he may have been caught exploring some of Miami's other treasures.
As the Tanned One walked with a thong, er, throng of media behind him, Crist said hello to a couple of young women who may or may not have known who he was. We're sure if they knew the governor was coming to town they would have wore something a little less revealing.
Then again, this is South Beach.
NBCMiami tweeted about Crist's sun tan walk last night and it didn't take long for others to jump on the "Did you see that?" bandwagon.
Crist's hometown tabloid made the peek seen round the world the front page pic.
Crist's well -placed glance at the women's assets may actually work in his favor come election time. A man who appreciates a nice derriere has got to be sound in mind and ready to lead.
Translation: Crist's popularity points just went through the roof with male voters ages 21 to 45.

And Crist, who is married, did it without missing a step, which any man will tell is a pretty difficult feat in the sand.
