One person is dead after being struck by a Tri-Rail train early Monday morning in Broward County.
Officials say the crash happened as the train was traveling northbound just south of Sunrise Boulevard around 7:15 a.m. No additional details were given.
Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue tweeted that commuter delays were expected as the investigation continued.
