Operations at Miami International Airport's Concourse E are returning to normal after a suspicious item closed the concourse late Sunday night.
Miami-Dade Police Department and the Transportation Security Administration investigated a suspicious item found in Concourse E.

As a result, officials closed the Concourse E checkpoint and surrounding area on the second floor, including at curbside.
Anyone driving to the airport should allow extra time because of the curbside closure outside of Concourse E.
Passengers can still access Concourse E through the Concourse D No. 3 TSA checkpoint.
