Miami Police are investigating after a man's body was found floating in the Blue Lagoon Tuesday.
The body was found floating in the middle of the lagoon near an abandoned building off 57th Avenue between 7th and 11th streets, Miami Fire Rescue officials said.
A resident who was standing in her balcony at a nearby building spotted the body and called 911 around 12:15 p.m., officials said.
Miami Police responded and are investigating. The medical examiner will determine the man's cause of death.
