A Panama City Beach man was arrested on Saturday after police say he showed his genitals to children while wearing a thong in front of his home.
Police arrested Paul Francis Nett, 60, after a mother told police that she saw Nett standing on a trailer, wearing only a thong in front of his Panama City Beach home.
A mother and children reported seeing Nett pull his thong aside and exposing his genitals, according to a Bay County Sheriff's Office news release.
Nett was taken to Bay County Jail and charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition.
It wasn't immediately known if Nett had an attorney.
