For the second time in less than 24 hours, an infant has been found dead in a South Florida home. This time, police are investigating the death of a two-month-old in Broward County.
BSO deputies were called to the home at NW 15th Court and 27th Terrace shortly before 10 a.m. No further details have been released.
The incident comes one day after a family in Southwest Miami-Dade called police after their two month old became unresponsive following a nap inside their home. The infant was later declared dead after numerous efforts to perform CPR didn’t work.
