It's almost July 4! So we put together a list of events happening around South Florida where you can watch cool fireworks and celebrate our nation's Independence Day!
Ocean Drive Fireworks
From noon to 10 p.m., you can celebrate our nation's independence with performances from Nicole Henry, the South Florida Symphony Orchestra Quartet and DJ Maximus3000. It is a perfect location to watch the fireworks, which start at 9 p.m. It is located at 8 Street and Ocean Drive Beach in Miami Beach. The Village at Gulfstream Park
Spend the afternoon at the Village of Gulfstream Park's Champion's Plaza for live music, face painting, food and art and crafts. The free event is located at 901 S. Federal Highway in Hallandale Beach. For more information call 954-454-7000.
Bianca at Delano
Celebrate Independence Day the American way with an all-American Backyard barbecue. You can eat ribs, seafood and White Truffle ice cream while your children enjoy activities and you listen to the Joshua Stedman band perform. The Mondrian
Starting at noon, you can celebrate with a pool party, drinks and food. DJ Reid Waters and DJ Iron Lyon will be performing. There is no cover charge, but there is $50 food and beverage minimum. It is located at 1100 West Ave. in Miami Beach.Call 305-514-1500 for more information.
Shore Club

If you get to the restaurant before 7:30 p.m. you can enjoy a menu with a view of Miami Beach's fireworks display or you can reserve post-fireworks dining after 10 p.m. The restaurant is located at 1111 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. You can call for reservations at 305-763-8272.
IndepenDance Fireworks Cruise
About the Musette Yacht this Independence Day for an open bar, buffet and live music. The event begins at 6 p.m., and tickets range from $85 for one or $325 for four. It is located at 4441 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach. Call 212-724-3900 to make reservations.
Hyde Beach at SLS Hotel South Beach
You can start the part Thursday, and celebrate the rest of the weekend at Hyde Beach at SLS Hotel South Beach. The weekend will have music and fun during the day and night. The St. Regis Bal Harbour
You can spend Independence Day eating classic American food, Florida seafood, steaks, chops, salads and desserts. The event will also have music and Bal Harbour Village Fireworks. It is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Ocean Palm Court at The st. Regis Bal Harbour Resort. It is $95 for adults, $35 for children ages 5-12 and free for children under 5. The Biltmore

Bayfront Park

Bring your family to the BB&T center from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for children's rides, food, music by Soul Asylum and fireworks. The event is free. For more information click here.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
You can chill out at the portable party unit with a bar, HDTVs and a Cigar Lounge. Celebrate July 4 by listening to live music and eating from gourmet food trucks. Just before 9 p.m. Julia Dale, the 12-year-old who sang at the NBA championship, will perform the national anthem to start the fireworks show. The free event is from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. It is located at 1 Seminole Way in Hollywood.
Fireworks on Blackwater Sound in Key Largo
The show will take play on the bayfront at 10 p.m. The best seating is around mile marker 104 bayside. Reservations are suggested because seating is limited. For more information call 305-394-3736.
Key Largo's 38th Annual Fourth of July Parade: "American Heroes"
The parade starts at 10 a.m. from a parking lot at mile marker 98.2 on the center median of U.s. Highway 1. It ends at mile marker 100. Awards are presented to the best floats. There will also be an old-fashioned picnic with activities for children and adults from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Murray E. Nelson Government & Culture Center located at mile marker 102. Big Pine & the Lower Keys
The celebration takes place at Big Pine Park, located at mile marker 30 bayside at the end of Sands Road. The event starts at 5 p.m. with music, food, drinks, and games. Spirit of Islamorada
Founders Park in Islamorada will have Independence Day celebration that will start at 6 p.m. and run through 9:30 p.m. Fireworks will follow the celebration at the park, located at MM 87 on Plantation Key.
Marathon Beach Party & Fireworks Show
A patriotic parade will take off from Marathon High School at about 10:30 a.m. and proceed to Sombrero Beach. The celebration includes food, drink and family-friendly entertainment is to conclude with a fireworks show.
