Firefighters responded to a brush fire burning in Southwest Miami-Dade Thursday afternoon.
The fire was burning in the area of southwest 240 St. and 140 Ave.
No homes were threatened and firefighters were able to contain the fire before it spread.
Miami-Dade Fire has not yet said how many acres burned, nor what may have sparked the fire.
