Two people were rescued from an overnight fire that broke out inside a Hallandale Beach mobile home, fully engulfing the residence.
Hallandale Beach Fire Rescue responded to the home in the 300 block of Northeast 7th Street just after 3 a.m., adding that the fire spread throughout the entire structure before it was eventually put out.
One of the two adults rescued was treated for a minor hand injury while several animals - two dogs, four cats and a a fish - inside appeared to have been killed in the fire, HBFR said in a tweet.
