Co-owners of a South Florida construction company are in hot water with the law.
Deputies arrested Gaetan Richard and Murray Rice on charges of racketeering and obtaining property by fraud.
Their three alleged co-defendants, among them is David Hinchberger, are also behind bars on similar charges. He reportedly helped run their business, but it's unclear whether their charges are related to the company.
Deputies also booked Christos Rokanas and Ricardo Lopez into custody. The pair was ordered to have no contact with the other trio until the investigation is complete.
The men were in court on Tuesday, where their bonds ranged from $40,000 to $250,000. An attorney for one of the suspects spoke briefly with NBC 6, but wouldn't go into specifics about the case.
It's unclear whether the other men have hired attorneys.
