Miami Police are investigating after a man's body was found floating in the waters near Biscayne Boulevard early Monday morning.
Officers arrived at the scene near Northeast 34th Street and 5th Avenue shortly before 8 a.m. after a man called police saying he saw the body floating.
Rescue crews arrived and retrieved the body and brought it to shore in a Miami Fire Rescue boat.
Officials said the body is a man in his 30s but have not released any additional details on the scene or the victim.
