A transgender woman was re-arrested along with a man on Wednesday after a second woman came forward saying they injected her legs and buttocks with a substance consisting of cement, mineral oil and "Fix-a-Flat," authorities said.
Miami Gardens Police said Oneal Ron Morris, 30, was arrested for a second time on new charges after the woman came forward. This time, 40-year-old Corey Alexander Eubank was also arrested and charged as a co-defendant, police said.
They were both transported to Miami-Dade County jail.
A telephone call to Morris' attorney after business hours Wednesday wasn't immediately returned. It wasn't known if Eubank had an attorney.
Morris was initially arrested on Friday at a North Lauderdale home and charged with practicing medicine without a license with serious bodily injury. Authorities said a woman reported in 2010 that Morris allegedly injected her buttocks with treatments that resulted in life-threatening injuries.
Lab results determined those injections were of a substance made of superglue, mineral oil, cement and "Fix-a-Flat."
After Morris' arrest, police said calls came pouring in from people claiming to have been victims of similar botched cosmetic procedures.
