One person was hospitalized after a car crashed into a shopping center in southwest Miami-Dade Friday afternoon.
The incident happened outside the Presidente Supermarket at 10855 Southwest 72nd Street, which is next to a daycare center.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said a pedestrian was in the walkway and was struck by the car. That person was taken to the hospital as a trauma alert.
No other information was immediately known.
