One woman was hospitalized following an early morning four-car crash involving a police cruiser on I-95 in Miami-Dade Friday.
The crash happened in the southbound express lanes near Northwest 119th Street and involved a Miami Gardens Police cruiser.

No other details of the crash were known. The crash caused the southbound express lanes and regular lanes to be closed as traffic was delayed for miles until the lanes could be reopened.
A second crash involving a car on fire in the westbound lanes of State Road 836 at Northwest 37th Avenue also closed traffic lanes. The lanes were later reopened and no injuries were reported.
