"Every day, every single minute is worse for me, for the family," Rivera's mother, Wanda Gomez, said Wednesday night.

Gomez said it's the first time her daughter has gone missing. She fought back tears as she pleaded for the public's help in finding the teen.
"I just want to tell the community if they know something, I just want to know that she's fine," she said.
Rivera is 5-foot-6, 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black sweater and khaki pants when she was last seen.
