A Vero Beach mom was busted for battery after police say she bit her teen daughter in the leg after the girl tried to stop her Rihanna CD.
Robyn Harr, 38, was arrested on April 1 following a spat over the pop singer's tunes, according to an Indian River County Sheriff's Office report.
According to the report, Harr's daughter told officers her mom had been playing loud music and wouldn't turn it down.
Harr's daughter said her mother was "very intoxicated and has been being nasty all day," the report said.
When the daughter went to take the Rihanna CD out of the player, Harr bit her in the leg, according to the report.
Officers arrived and found a fresh bite mark on the daughter's leg. Harr admitted to biting her daughter and said her daughter had attacked her, the report said.
The report said there was no sign of a struggle, and Harr was arrested.
Harr had a strong odor of alcohol on her breath and her words were slurred, the report said.
Harr was booked into jail and later released. It was unknown whether she has an attorney.
